Get in touch
Email is the whole process. No form, no scheduling link, no qualification call before a human reads it.
Replies usually within one business day, from Sumeet Chaurasia.
What makes a first message useful
Three lines is plenty. With these, the reply can be specific instead of a request for more information.
- The rough size of the estate. Project count, VM count, cluster count — whichever number you actually know. An order of magnitude is enough.
- What prompted this. A failed audit, a data centre lease expiry, a bill that grew, a platform nobody can safely change. The reason shapes the scope more than the technology does.
- Any date you are working against. Lead times are real and scheduling is done in advance, so a fixed deadline is worth saying early.
Email about Discovery Email a general enquiry
Both open your mail client with a subject and a short template. If they do nothing, your machine has no mail handler set up — write to contact@sumech.co directly instead.
Before you write
NDAs and client MSAs are signed as a matter of course, before any estate access. Nothing sensitive needs to be in a first email — the size and shape of the problem is enough to establish whether there is a fit.
Engagements are fixed-scope, quoted after Discovery & Scoping, and delivered by one person rather than a team assembled after the contract. Pricing, ownership, and payment terms are answered on the FAQ.
If you already know you want to start
Say so in the message. Discovery & Scoping is $4,500 fixed, 3–5 days, payable up front, and it produces the written scope and fixed quote for whatever follows.
